$340K Purchase, $185K Rehab project on the North Side of Philadelphia. Turned 3-unit into 5-unit rental property. Great cash flowing asset for investor group adding to portfolio.

Single family (4/2 - 2,200 sq. feet) rehab in the foothills of Colorado, purchased for $475K, $96K rehab, sold for $725K.

Single family home bought on Peak 8 in Breckenridge Colorado. We purchased this for $1.3M, and turned around and sold it for $2M. Talk to me more about the financing around this deal.

2/1 condo flip at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, Colorado. $385K purchase, $44K renovation budget, sold for $600K.

Vacation home at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado. Purchased for $875K, $75K renovation, current market value is $1.4M. This home does approx. $100K in Airbnb revenue.
3-Unit Airbnb rental property in the Landmark Historic District of Savannah, Georgia. Purchased for $1.16M, this unit did approx. $200K in rental income, after a light touch renovation, sold it for $1.3M.
